Delete your Lucky Stop account

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Lucky Stop app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile picture (top right) to open Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
4. Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

No longer have the app?

Email us from any address and we will delete it for you within 30 days. Include:

• The phone number on the account.
• The words "Delete my Lucky Stop account".

To make sure the request comes from the account holder, we may send a code to that phone number or ask you to confirm a recent purchase.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, recovery email, PIN, profile photo, birthday and language choice.
• Your QR code: it stops working at every store.
• Your notifications, product requests, business promotion requests and the phone's notification token.
• Your points balance. Unspent points are lost and cannot be restored or paid out.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of past purchases and redemptions are kept without your name or phone number, because the stores need them for billing and fraud checks. Notes written about you on them are removed. They are kept for as long as financial record-keeping rules require (see the Privacy Policy). Receipt photos taken at the register stay with those records.

En la app: abre Lucky Stop, toca tu foto de perfil (arriba a la derecha), baja hasta Eliminar mi cuenta e ingresa tu PIN de 4 dígitos. La cuenta se elimina de inmediato.

Sin la app: escríbenos a support@luckystop.cliffindus.com con el número de teléfono de la cuenta y la frase "Eliminar mi cuenta Lucky Stop". La eliminamos en un máximo de 30 días.

Se borran tu nombre, teléfono, correo, PIN, foto, cumpleaños e idioma, y tu código QR deja de funcionar. Los puntos sin usar se pierden. Los registros de compras se guardan sin tu nombre ni teléfono para la facturación de las tiendas.
